Private babbling brook, gas fireplace, hot tub, comfy memory foam Mattress, cozy comforter, full kitchen, fresh linens, SMART TV, WiFi, clean bath, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit. Minutes to award winning restaurants, skiing, sleigh rides and all attractions. 1/2 mile to Black MT, horseback/pony rides, Shovel Handle pub, farm stand, etc. Hike, snow shoe (2 provided), backcountry ski, sled from your FRONT DOOR. 2 twin beds and fold out futon.

NO EVENTS, additional guests, NO LOUD NOISEN must have a good neighbor policy. Check out procedures include striping the beds, cleaning your dishes and bringing trash to my dumpster. No glass in the hot tub, if you break glass or require the water to be changed a fee will need to be charged. Bring your own drinking water, we do not recommend drinking from the well as its a dug well and this is the first year it has been used in a while. Also, please be sparingly with water, as I am not sure how the well will stand up to the additional usage during the dry summer months. Do not add chemicals or water to the hot tub, I have it serviced, treated and tested after each stay. If you have any question about the condition, please message or call. If you break glas
